Sublime Cake Design co-owners Wiley and Tiffanie Saccheri competed as assistants to Roland and Marsha Winbeckler on 2 episodes of TLC's Ultimate Cake Off. We were required to build a cake that stood at least 6 feet tall, with a minimum of 60% edibility, and outrageous movement and lighting effects! Read below for more information!

This was the Circus Spectacular episode, in which we had to create a cake for the Ringling Bros/Barnum and Bailey's new show "Zing Zang Zoom", which incorporated magic into the circus. Watch Part 1 the full episode below, as well as some behind the scenes pictures!
In this episode, we had to make a cake for the LA Roller Derby League, to be featured at a match between the LA Firebirds and the Brooklyn Red Devils. The cake needed to represent those two teams, as well as the entire league in general. Check out Part 1 of the full episode, and more pics including an animation of the cake's movement!
